PETS: are welcome, dogs are allowed inside, but must have flea, worm and tick control up to date, and be clean. They are not permitted on the furniture, and bedding must be supplied by pet owner. The paralysis tick can be found in bushy coastal areas along the eastern seaboard of Australia from north Queensland to Eastern Victoria (Image right). Ticks are most prevalent from Spring to Autumn however can occur at any time of year.

EATING: There are numerous places to dine, in Orbost, with a Chinese Restaurant, Pizza, hotels, supermarkets, bakeries, coffee shops, green grocer, butchers, Clubs, shops and cafes. op shops etc

Access : We need to make contact a day or so before check in, to obtain your keysafe code. Once you have the code to your keysafe you can check yourself in anytime. Enter code, push black button in and down, it is hinged at the bottom, so opens out from top. The keysafe is beside your door, and the key is inside it. Apartment No1 is under the large carport. Coming from Melbourne, pass over Snowy River bridge and causeway, then first and only turn right into Irvine’s road Orbost. Proceed past the gravel road on your right, then turn into the next driveway. Welcome to Longhorn Ranch! I am on the hill on the cnr of Irvines Rd and Irvines lane, just off the main highway, on a service road. House is set back off the road. : large backyard/garden and patio area.
